Crowdfunding Terms & Conditions

Thank you for supporting The Most Curious Musical Collection of Olocin Ozzaniugnas, the new recording project by Ensemble Scaramuccia. We have tried to make these terms as clear and straightforward as possible. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

1. About this campaign

This crowdfunding campaign has been created to support the recording, production and release of Ensemble Scaramuccia’s new album, The Most Curious Musical Collection of Olocin Ozzaniugnas.

The funds raised will contribute to the costs of research, rehearsals, recording sessions, editing, mixing, mastering, artwork, manufacturing, shipping and promotion of the album.

2. Organiser

The artistic project is presented by Ensemble Scaramuccia.

Payments are securely processed by Snakewood Editions, the ensemble’s independent record label, through Mollie and PayPal.

Please note that your bank or PayPal statement may therefore show Snakewood Editions as the payment recipient.

3. Contributions

Every contribution is voluntary and directly supports the realisation of this recording project.

Each contribution level includes the rewards described on the campaign page.

If you prefer, you are also welcome to contribute without selecting a reward.

4. Rewards

Physical and digital rewards will be delivered according to the contribution level selected.

Some rewards (such as signed CDs or personalised dedications) are prepared individually and may therefore require additional processing time.

5. Estimated schedule

Recording sessions are scheduled to take place in August 2026.

We expect to begin delivering rewards during 2027.

As with any artistic production, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require adjustments to the schedule. Should this happen, we will keep all supporters informed.

6. Shipping

Worldwide shipping is included whenever stated in the selected reward.

Supporters are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If your address changes before dispatch, please contact us.

Any customs duties or import taxes that may apply outside the European Union remain the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Contributions made through this crowdfunding campaign are intended to support the production of the recording.

Should you make a contribution by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible.

If, due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control, the recording project cannot be completed, we will inform all supporters and seek the fairest possible solution.

8. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used exclusively for processing contributions, delivering rewards and, where applicable, sending project updates.
